Responsibilities
The responsibilities include overseeing, supervising, and coaching a team of inside sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase revenue, as well as building strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. It requires closely monitoring the team's performance, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement, and identifying skill-building needs, leading training activities to enhance the team's capabilities. Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, is essential to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience. Additionally, the role includes providing senior management with regular reports on team activities and sales outcomes and ensuring that the team complies with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
