Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Focus Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of various wire kinds (solid wire vs. flux-cored) and proficiency with GMAW procedures.

Excellent steady-hand control to maintain constant arc length and travel speed.

Metrology Skills: Able to check dimensions with tape measures, squares, and weld gauges.

Material Knowledge: Being aware of the thermal characteristics and melting points of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel.
