JD: 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QMS in compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Develop and enforce quality control measures across production processes to maintain product integrity and minimize defects.

Plan and conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits, and ensure effective corrective actions for non-conformities.

Identify opportunities for quality enhancements, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct training sessions for employees to promote a culture of quality awareness and compliance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality processes, deviations, and corrective actions.

Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years in QA, preferably in the glove manufacturing industry.

Certifications: ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or GMP certification is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory requirements, risk management, and process validation.

Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a QA team effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.,

Exp : 0 to 5 yrs
