Responsibilities

1. OEM Controller Expertise: Have knowledge of OEM machine controllers.

2. Installation & Maintenance: Handle installation and service maintenance for Japanese machines.

3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, resolving challenges effectively.

4. Problem Solving: Perform system analysis, interpret data, and offer recommendations for optimal customer operations.

5. Sales Promotion: Promote spares, consumables, and value-added services like Follow-on-Contract (FOC), Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), and Health Check.

6. Report Preparation: Prepare visit reports and document technical procedures for critical maintenance.

7. Technical Research: Use manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to research machine issues.

8. Coordination: Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies for timely and accurate task completion.

Role: Service Engineer

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in E&I

Salary: From 18K per month
