Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Familiarity with OEM controllers for machines

2. Calls for installation and maintenance on every Japanese machine we have

3. Offer technical assistance to clients by recognizing and resolving their issues.

4. Use system analysis, data interpretation, and suggestion writing to solve problems and make sure client operations are running as efficiently as possible.

5. Encourage all of the current clients to purchase parts and consumables.

6. Encourage value-added services such as health checks, preventive maintenance contracts (PMCs), and follow-on contracts (FOC).

7. Draft technical procedures and visit reports for urgent maintenance calls.

8. To investigate machine problems, consult vendor and internal resources as well as machine tool manuals and technical publications;

9. Work together with outside vendors and maintenance firms to guarantee the timely and precise fulfillment of tasks;
