Job Description

A highly driven and meticulous Production Engineer is needed to join our vibrant team. Increasing production output, enhancing product quality, and streamlining manufacturing procedures are all critical tasks for a production engineer.

Requirements:

Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Evaluate and recommend automation solutions to improve production speed and accuracy.

Troubleshoot production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Skills:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and materials handling.

Knowledge and experience in applying lean manufacturing principles and tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and make informed decisions
