Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products.

Requirements:

Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Assist in developing production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.

Knowledge of production equipment and machinery.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
