Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.  

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.

Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Ability to assess candidate skills and qualifications effectively

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 15 to 18K per month
