Qualification And Experience:-

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with good knowledge in the product design & development of the grinding products.

Having 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of product design & development, cement grinding equipment mainly VRM, HRP & Ball mills. 

Hands on experience in modelling and detailing.

Having good knowledge in the cement plant circuit & operation, sizing/selection of the mill, etc.

Knowledge on machine elements like gears, shafts, bearings, chain drives, etc. and it's design calculations and selections.

Knowledge on standard steel fabrication and other manufacturing processes.

Experience with Cost and Value Engineering projects will be an advantage.

Proficient with engineering design tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and GD & T.

Knowledge on Enovia is an added advantage.

Should have good communication & documentation skills.

Should be a good team player.

Should be willing to travel to sites, manufacturing workshops and regional offices as required.
