Newbies Take the duties of Site QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

Primary Task: To ensure that all construction, installation, and manufacturing activities at the Chennai project site adhere to design specifications, industry codes, legal requirements, and the project's Quality Management System (QMS) by putting in place, overseeing, and enforcing quality assurance and control standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

Examine and comprehend the quality criteria, drawings, and project specifications.

Find and record any deviations, non-conformances, or quality problems right away.

Check if the corrective measures have been implemented and are working.

Verify adherence to the environmental and safety laws for the project.

Attend quality and progress-related project meetings.

Help clients, regulatory authorities, or certification organisations prepare for and take part in internal and external quality audits.

Required Abilities:

Knowledge of project-specific quality standards.

Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations on site.

Prior experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
