Responsibilities

Execute the production according to the production plan in order to complete the daily tasks.

Rapid quality issue investigation and countermeasure implementation.

execution of the relevant team's training.

TPM execution in the appropriate zone.

Obey ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards in accordance with business policy.

Respect the RNAIPL Safety Guidelines and Best Practices.

Teach the team to adhere to safety protocols and to a clear vision.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and their application in production settings.

- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities to execute training and safety initiatives effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and fostering a culture of safety within the team.
