Responsibilities

1. Equipment Installation and Maintenance:

   - Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

   - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and prolong lifespan.

2. Technical Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

   - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

   - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and technical challenges.

3. Customer Support and Training:

   - Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they understand equipment operation and maintenance.

   - Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

   - Document service activities accurately, maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.

   - Ensure all service reports and documentation meet company standards.

5. Compliance and Safety:

   - Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations during all service activities.

   - Promote a culture of safety by following best practices and guidelines in the field.

6. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

   - Collaborate with the service team to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

   - Share feedback and insights from the field to help enhance service processes and customer satisfaction.

7. Technological Advancements:

   - Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the industry to enhance service delivery.

   - Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain technical skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a field service technician or in a similar technical role.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.

- Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and systems.

- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I

Salary: From 18K per Month
