Responsibilities

At client locations, install, maintain, and repair systems and equipment.

Recognise and resolve complicated technical problems.

Conduct regular upkeep and examinations.

Give clients training and technical support.

Keep records of service activities and document them.

Verify adherence to safety guidelines and company requirements.

Work together with the support staff to raise the calibre of the services.

Keep abreast of the most recent technological developments in the sector.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a field service technician or in a similar technical role.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.

- Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and systems.

- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
