Job Description

Primary Task: In order to ensure high operational reliability, reduced downtime, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards, we must lead and carry out the sophisticated troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of intricate electronic control systems, industrial automation equipment, and instrumentation within our Chennai manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

When possible, repair PCBs at the component level, including soldering and desoldering through-hole and surface-mount components.

For all electronic and control systems, create, implement, and carry out thorough predictive and preventative maintenance programs.

Help with the commissioning and activation of new control systems and automated machinery.

Verify that every instrument satisfies the necessary standards for precision and accuracy.

Encourage a robust safety culture on the plant floor and within the team.

Required Abilities:

Knowledge of specific communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

Certification in industrial automation, specific control systems, or advanced electronics.

Experience with process instrumentation calibration standards.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE
