 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to oversee procurement and vendor operations in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select vendors for raw materials and components

• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays

• Handle import/export documentation if required

• Evaluate supplier performance regularly

• Use ERP systems to manage procurement activities

• Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups

Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of procurement processes in manufacturing

• Familiarity with ERP software (SAP / Tally / Oracle, etc.)

• Vendor development and management

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Basic knowledge of taxation, transport & delivery logistics
