Job Description

Primary Task: To ensure data integrity and support effective operational workflows in our Chennai operations by accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data across several systems and databases.

Responsibilities

Enter data into the appropriate databases and systems accurately from a variety of source documents, both digital and physical.

Find any inconsistencies or missing facts and mark them.

Complete tasks related to data standardisation and purification.

Use prudence when handling private and sensitive information.

When needed, help create simple reports from databases.

Recognise and use the system features that are pertinent to the position.

Observe the rules and guidelines for data management.

As needed, take part in quality assurance procedures.

Required Abilities:

Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy (specify WPM if applicable).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Good organizational skills.

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
