Key Responsibilities:

When it is practical, repair PCBs at the component level by soldering and desoldering surface-mount and through-hole components.

Create, put into place, and carry out thorough predictive and preventative maintenance plans for all electronic and control systems.

Help commission and activate new automated machinery and control systems.

Verify that every instrument satisfies the required standards for accuracy and precision.

Encourage a strong culture of safety on the factory floor and throughout the team.
