Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance:

   - Assist in maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

   - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

2. Production Support:

   - Support production operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery and processes, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

   - Quickly respond to equipment failures and coordinate repairs to restore operations efficiently.

3. Quality and Productivity Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with team members to achieve quality standards and productivity goals, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

   - Participate in team meetings to discuss operational challenges and propose solutions.

4. Training and Skill Development:

   - Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge relevant to maintenance practices and equipment operation.

   - Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.

5. Record Keeping:

   - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and inventory management of parts and supplies.

   - Assist in managing inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE

Salary: From 18K per Month
