Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping and 5S Practices:

   - Maintain good housekeeping in the production area and implement 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

   - Regularly assess the work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

2. Shift Operations:

   - Work on assigned shifts, ensuring responsible and safe plant operations without any incidents or accidents by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

   - Demonstrate flexibility in working hours as required by production demands.

3. Safety and Communication:

   - Identify and communicate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to line management and work collaboratively towards closure and resolution.

   - Participate in safety training and initiatives to foster a culture of safety within the team.

4. Production Targets:

   - Adhere to production targets both quantitatively and qualitatively without any deviation.

   - Manufacture products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promptly report any deviations to the immediate manager for corrective action.

5. Quality Assurance:

   - Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the manufacturing cycle.

   - Participate in quality checks and inspections as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices in industrial settings.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with management.

- Familiarity with 5S practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile

Salary: From 18K per Month
