Job Description

To expand our team, we are looking for a Production Supervisor with a lot of experience and drive. Ensuring safe and effective production procedures, monitoring all facets of production operations, and hitting production goals are all crucial responsibilities of a production supervisor.

What you will do:

Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing on-the-job training.

Monitor production schedules, track progress, and identify and resolve any production bottlenecks.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to production team members.

Strong managerial and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a group.
