Focus: In a dynamic Chennai manufacturing facility, stress the importance of managing a team on the shop floor, making sure production goals are reached, upholding quality standards, enforcing safety procedures, and spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

What you will Do:

Make efficient use of resources by allocating workers to different workstations, equipment, and manufacturing lines.

Make sure everyone on the team is aware of their duties and responsibilities, give clear directions, and establish expectations.

Execute and keep an eye on visual inspections, crucial control points, and in-process quality checks.

Make that everyone on the shop floor is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.

Participate in cross-functional improvement efforts and offer recommendations.

What you need:

Basic knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.

Understanding of safety procedures and industrial regulations.

Awareness of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
