Responsibilities

Insurance Claim Follow-up: Contact US insurance companies to enquire about unpaid and rejected claims.

Denial Management: Examine the reasons behind the denial, pinpoint the underlying issues, and take remedial action.

Appeal Procedure: Draft and file appeals for claims that have been rejected.

Data Quality: Collaborate with medical providers to guarantee comprehensive and accurate claim data.

Effective communication is key when dealing with US-based healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Regulatory Compliance: Comply with applicable compliance standards, including HIPAA rules.

Reporting: Produce reports on trends and important performance metrics.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs of Experience

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
