Experience Requirement : 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Graduation

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Throughout the manufacturing process, organise, carry out, and keep an eye on all quality control procedures.

Make sure that quality standards, specifications, and client needs are followed.

Gather, examine, and evaluate quality data, such as customer feedback, process capability data, and defect rates.

Verify adherence to all applicable legal and quality standards, such as ISO 9001.

Skills:

thorough understanding of quality control procedures and quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to gather, examine, and evaluate data.

competence with statistical tools and techniques (e.g., statistical process control, control charts).

Capacity to pinpoint the underlying causes of quality problems and put workable fixes in place
