Responsibilities

Make sure that new hires are enrolled in the biometric system (face, fingerprint, or access card).

Deactivate the resigned workers' access privileges.

Content streaming on digital signage

For organisation events, create survey forms, invites, and posters.

Make a welcoming presentation for when the guests arrive.

Make sure all the necessary arrangements are made for the visitor visit, including conference spaces, transportation, lodging, refreshments, and lunch and dinner plans.

aid in the creation of reports that are due on a regular basis.

Create and keep up a filing system.

Offer guests general assistance.

Coordinate with senior administrative assistants and executive assistants to respond to enquiries and requests from upper management.

Arrange and plan your appointments.

Help in the planning of regularly scheduled

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic graphic design skills for creating posters and invitations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with guests and senior management.
