Key Responsibilities:

Help find areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in current production lines and procedures.

Learn how to use a variety of high-quality tools.

Make suggestions for design changes that will improve cost-effectiveness, ease of assembly, and manufacturability for Chennai-based local manufacturing.

Collaborate with the tool room team to resolve tooling-related problems that are affecting output.

Be a part of safety audits and help keep the workplace safe by participating.

Create reports on operational efficiency, quality indicators, downtime, and improvement projects.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
