Job Description
Responsibilities
Implement programs targeted at enhancing the manufacturing process's internal and external quality by working with cross-functional teams.
To assure adherence to quality standards and legal requirements, develop and implement quality control strategies, procedures, and inspection protocols.
To promote a culture of excellence in quality, instruct and train the execution team in quality control methods, techniques, and resources.
Conduct routine audits and inspections of raw materials, completed goods, and manufacturing processes to find areas for improvement and non-conformance.
Examine quality data to find patterns, reasons, and solutions, such as defect and scrap rates and customer complaints.
Create comprehensive summaries of quality performance indicators, conclusions, and suggestions for management review in the form of reports and presentations.
Engage in problem-solving techniques, such as root cause analysis and CAPA (corrective and preventive action) implementation.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Related
Salary: From 20K per month
