Job Description
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients and collect unpaid invoices by doing field visits to residential and/or business locations in Chennai while following designated timetables and geographic boundaries.
Give clients precise information about their past due amounts, payment records, and accessible payment methods while maintaining clarity and responding to any questions or concerns.
Handle cash, checks, and other payment methods with care, and provide accurate receipts in accordance with Chennai corporate policies when collecting payments from clients in person.
Keep thorough and precise records of all field visits, client communications, money collection attempts, and follow-up activities in the appropriate system to guarantee data integrity for our operations in Chennai.
Skills:
Excellent time-management and organising abilities to efficiently plan and carry out field trips.
the capacity to work autonomously and set your own hours within the designated Chennai area.
rudimentary computer skills and knowledge of mobile monitoring and reporting apps.
