Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of field-based collections, persuasive communication, negotiation, and adherence to ethical and legal guidelines within the Chennai region. Highlight the importance of building relationships while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Follow designated dates and geographic areas when doing field visits to residential and/or business addresses in Chennai in order to meet with clients and collect unpaid invoices.

Assure clarity and respond to any questions or concerns by giving clients precise information about their available payment alternatives, payment history, and outstanding balances.

Pay clients in person, making sure that cash, checks, or other payment methods are handled correctly, and giving appropriate receipts in accordance with Chennai business policies.

To ensure data integrity for our Chennai operations, keep thorough and accurate records of all field trips, client interactions, money collections, and follow-up actions in the appropriate system.

What you need:

Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and execute field visits effectively.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule within the assigned territory in Chennai.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications for reporting and tracking.
