Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Tool & Die Knowledge

   - Basic understanding of Tool & Die processes and the 5S system.

2. Assembly & Disassembly

   - Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools.

3. Tool Testing

   - Test completed tools, dies, jigs, or fixtures to ensure proper operation.

4. Machine Setup

   - Compute dimensions and tolerances, and set up machine tools accordingly.

5. Problem Solving

   - Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and solve problems at the press to minimize downtime and aid production.

Role: Tool Room Incharge

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / Be in EEE

Salary: From 25K to 35K per Month (Negotiable Based on Previous Work)

Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
