Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire hiring process for jobs in Chennai, from identifying hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.

Use a variety of methods to proactively find and choose competent applicants, keeping an eye on Tamil Nadu and Chennai's talent pools.

Employ database mining, networking, and Boolean search strategies to find passive applicants.

Examine resumes and applications to see if an applicant is qualified for any available Chennai jobs.

Perform preliminary interviews and phone screenings to assess the qualifications, background, and cultural fit of candidates.

Make sure that each candidate has an equal and uniform interview experience.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
