Responsibilities
Oversee the whole employment process, including large-scale hiring initiatives.
Organise and lead new recruit onboarding workshops.
Work together with academic institutions to plan placement campaigns on campus.
Participate in and represent the business in recruitment events and job fairs.
Build and preserve connections with recruitment partners and possible applicants.
Skills:
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Based on Company Norms
