Responsibilities

Oversee the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Find prospects by using a variety of platforms, such as social media, networking, and employment websites.

Using the job requirements as a guide, screen and shortlist applicants.

Organize, carry out, and provide candidates feedback during interviews.

Create and keep up a database of possible applicants.

Establish and preserve connections with clients to learn about their hiring requirements.

To increase the clientele, find new customers and produce leads.

Experience: Freshers

Salary: From 15K per month

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
