Responsibilities

• Holding meetings with clients and recording their feedback.

• Talking with clients about packages and requirements for qualifications.

• Being aware of the position's requirements, candidates, and job criteria.

• Publishing job openings on a variety of websites, including career pages, social media networks, and job boards.

• Using social media platforms to draw in passive candidates.

• Creating different hiring tactics as necessary.

• Regularly reviewing resumes and conducting interviews with possible applicants.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates

Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools

Understanding of labor laws and regulations

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
