Responsibilities
In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
This includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various channels such as job portals, internal references, and headhunting.
They will oversee all recruitment activities, including the shortlisting process, final interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
The role requires close collaboration with department heads to identify hiring needs, designing job profiles and specifications, and creating poaching strategies for leadership roles. Additionally, the individual will establish tie-ups with vendors and freelancers to facilitate hiring through external stakeholders.
They will also provide stakeholders with market data and insights to assess the talent pipeline for current and future needs, as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, and the role demands clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
