Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and design automation solutions for analytical instruments and furnaces.

Develop and apply control algorithms for processes that are automated.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming and other control system programming; · designing mechanical, software, and electrical components to support automation systems.

Set up and program the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to facilitate communication between users and automation systems.

Create and manage Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to oversee and manage production procedures.

Integrate automation systems with machinery and processes already in place for manufacturing.

Assure smooth connection between various equipment and control systems.

Work together with teams from other departments to develop integrated system solutions.

Verify and test automation systems to make sure they are reliable and functional.

Use troubleshooting and simulations to find and fix problems.

Verify the system's performance by comparing it to the design standards and client demands.

Role: Automation Engineer - Maintenance

Experience: 4 to 8 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in ECE or Related

Salary: From 25K per month
