Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, put into practice, manage, and continuously enhance the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).

Make that statistical process control (SPC) is used effectively to track and enhance moulding processes.

Reduce customer returns for quality-related reasons, internal scrap, and rework.

Verify the precision and dependability of every piece of measurement and testing apparatus used in quality control.

Oversee and direct the calibration program for all instruments, testing apparatus, and gauges.

Skills
Experience with specific customer quality portals or requirements.

Knowledge of specific testing standards for plastic materials and products.

Experience in industries with high-precision plastic components

Role: HOD - Quality (QC)

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree

Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
