Responsibilities:

Create and implement the yearly QA departmental plan, making sure it is in line with the overarching business goals for effectiveness, quality, and customer happiness.

Create thorough inspection schedules for both outsourced components and raw materials.

Initiate and oversee the execution of successful remedial and preventative measures.

Oversee and expand the supplier quality program for essential raw materials, moulds, and plastic components that are outsourced.

Serve as the main contact for important client feedback and quality-related issues.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 12+ yrs
