Qualification: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Skills required:

Proven experience as a Shift Incharge or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.  

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.  

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
