Your Impact: 

Strong technical expertise in injection moulding and plastics, outstanding project management abilities, and the capacity to work well with both internal and external teams are prerequisites for this position. In addition to having great communication skills in Tamil and English, the ideal applicant will have a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Using project management tools, create thorough project plans, specify the project's scope, establish milestones, and monitor its advancement.

Help choose materials for new goods by taking processability, cost, and characteristics into account.

Make that the moulds fulfil the required output, cycle time, and quality standards.

Work together with the production team to ensure a seamless transfer of verified procedures.

Make presentations and progress updates for senior management and clients on a regular basis.

Skills:

familiarity with the characteristics of different thermoplastic materials.

ability to review designs and technical drawings using 3D CAD software.

knowledge of the DFM and DFA concepts.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
