Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the ordering, inventory control, and upkeep of office supplies and equipment.
Make sure the workplace is tidy, well-organised, and operational.
Create and disseminate reports, presentations, letters, and other materials.
Keep your electronic and physical filing systems up to date and well-organised.
Help with the documentation, workspace arrangement, and introductions that are part of the onboarding process for new hires.
Help in organising and arranging conferences, meetings, and events for the company.
