Job description

- *Job Title:** CNC VMC Operator & Setter

- *Job Summary:**

The CNC VMC Operator & Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

- *Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup (Setter):**

- Set up CNC VMC machines for new and repeat jobs

- Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces

- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters

- Perform trial runs and make necessary corrections

- *Machine Operation (Operator):**

- Operate CNC VMC machines during production

- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance

- Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines

- Maintain production records and logs

- *Skills & Qualifications:**

- 10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree

- *Experience:**

- 0–7 years of experience as CNC VMC Operator / Setter

- *Working Conditions:**

- Shop-floor manufacturing workplace

- Rotational shifts may be required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18k  - ₹35k  per month
