Responsibilities

Throughout the designated shift, supervise and oversee every aspect of production, making sure that deadlines and goals are met.

Oversee and inspire a group of production workers while creating a happy and effective work atmosphere.

Conduct on-the-job training and give team members feedback.

Maintain product quality by ensuring that quality control standards and procedures are followed.

To avoid errors and guarantee client pleasure, put quality control procedures into place and enforce them.

Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization

Location: In and Around Chennai
