Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Oversee the whole hiring process for non-IT roles, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing applicants. Create and execute successful hiring practices to draw in top talent. To guarantee a successful hiring process, cultivate close bonds with hiring managers, candidates, and outside partners. Conduct interviews with candidates within the time frame by using a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools and techniques. Examine the experience, aptitudes, soft skills, and pertinent information and abilities of applicants.
