Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Experience Requirement : 1+ Years of Experience

Qualification: ITI, Diploma or BE in Mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : Rotational Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Work with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and increase efficiency; 

create and modify CNC programs based on engineering blueprints and specifications; 

set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment for CNC machine operations; 

check machined parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications; 

troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine programming and operation; 

and keep a clean and orderly work area while adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills:

Proficiency in CNC programming languages; 

comprehension of engineering designs and specifications; 

familiarity with the installation and upkeep of CNC machine fixtures, tools, and equipment; 

High precision and attention to detail in machining operations; 

aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
