Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office.
Requirements:
Team Management: Oversee and guide a group of secretaries. Team members should receive direction, coaching, and training. Perform performance evaluations and support professional growth.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities in the office, such as mail handling, office supply managing, and reception.
Facilities Management: Take charge of office upkeep, such as repairs, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Administrative Support: Assist management and employees with administrative tasks such as communication, trip planning, and scheduling.
Vendor Management: Oversee the relationships with vendors for maintenance services, office supplies, and other essential services.
Skills:
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities.
Organisational Skills: Outstanding time management and organising abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and address operational and administrative problems.
Customer service: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
