Location : Pallikarani, Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, schedule appointments, conduct surveys, or gather market research.

Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for sales.

Deliver clear and concise product/service information to customers.

Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Understand customer needs and preferences to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent pronunciation and clear diction.

Active listening and comprehension skills.

A strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help and resolve customer issues.

Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
