Job Description

Who you are: 

Make sure parts match the authorized master sample by conducting hourly shop-floor audits and routine "First-Off" and "Last-Off" inspections. Examine components visually for molding-specific flaws such as jetting, flash, flow lines, sink marks, warping, and silver streaks. To confirm important dimensions against engineering drawings, use precise tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and Go/No-Go gauges. To consistently make pass/fail choices based on subjective aesthetic criteria (texture, color, and finish), keep "Limit Samples" up to date. Verify that batches match the designated master batch by conducting color consistency checks under standardized lighting (Light Box). Enter reject counts, non-conformance reports (NCR), and daily inspection data into the quality management system.
