Location : Chennai

Working Hours : Rotational Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Production Oversight: Oversee daily paint shop operations to ensure efficient production and quality standards.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators.

Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for paint shop equipment.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Skills:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint shop processes, equipment, and materials.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues.
