Job Description :

  Develop & Retain Production reports & other related documents for Assembly.

  Give training to Stator line, Pump Line leaders & Workers.

  Process parameter verification, supporting during line 
  Maintain & Retention of material availability & its documents control.
  Actions taken to reduce the Process rejection record & its improvement, scrap cost reduction.
  Man-power management & their training, non-confirming material handling & Daily reporting of Pre-assembly & Assembly.
  Assembly In process NCR, RCA, CAPA.
  Trouble shooting during serial production.
  Help to Quality technician in red bin analysis & Risk assessment.
  Recording & maintain all the downtime during the overall production.
  Achieve the Production target in lead time.
  Maintain shift register in their respective shifts.
  Maintain the pump line register for workers traceability.
  Line setup, Line clearance by team leaders.
