Job Description

What you do:

Setup: Fill the VMC with raw materials and pre-set tools. Mount, position, and fasten materials, vices, and work holding fixtures precisely to the machine table.

Operation: To maintain ideal cutting conditions, keep a constant eye on the machining process, check tool wear, change offsets as needed, and make sure the coolant system is operating properly.

Measurement: Conduct regular in-process inspections using a variety of precision measuring tools.

First-Part Acceptance: Before starting the complete production run, thoroughly check and measure the first-off component to obtain permission.

Tool Management: Verify that the tool changer is functioning properly and replace any worn-out or damaged cutting tools.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Salary: Best in the Industry

Location: In and Around in Chennai
